1. Program Description
The Shine Spa offers an SMS text messaging program to keep clients informed. By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from The Shine Spa, which may include: appointment confirmations and reminders, responses to inquiries you submit through our website or booking forms, service follow-ups and aftercare information, feedback and review requests, and occasional promotional offers and discounts.
2. Opt-In
You may opt in to receive text messages from The Shine Spa by submitting a form on our website, booking an appointment, or providing your mobile number to our staff and expressly agreeing to receive text messages. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your appointments and interactions with us. Message frequency varies; you may receive up to 8 messages per month. Message frequency may vary.
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider according to your mobile plan. The Shine Spa is not responsible for any charges from your carrier.
5. Opt-Out
You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you one final message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. You will not receive further text messages unless you opt in again. You may also contact us directly to be removed from our messaging list.

7. Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. 8. Carrier Liability
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice.

We may update these SMS Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued participation in the program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
